(Most, 337) marks for the 2nd project are now available. The average of submitted projects was 74.4%, the average of all (including not-submitted) 66.4% Congratulations to the 57/337 students receiving 45/50 or higher. 316 students have a passing mark, so far. If available, you should be able to see your marks and feedback in [csmarks] Projects were marked on a Ubuntu/Linux 23.04 platform, Intel i9 processor, compiled with gcc v13.2.0 Only 2 projects timed-out on any of the tests. - test0 tested using your Makefile (if submitted) to compile and link your projects (9 projects had no Makefile, 31 projects first required modifications) - tests 1-3 checked command-line arguments (number, validity of options, arguments were existing directories) - tests 4-6 tested basic synchronisation of files, and the -a option - tests 7-13 tested the options -i, -o, -r, -n, and -p, comparing your final directories with the sample solution __________ You may download the marking script and its test files. Download the Zip archive from [CITS2002] - expand the Zip archive into a new directory; change into that directory - ensure the script is executable: chmod +x markme.sh - copy all of your submission (Makefile, C and header files) into a new directory named mysync - execute the script: ./markme.sh The tests should be undertaken on Linux, where your project was marked. Happy to explain how the script works (though you should have a basic understanding from reading its commands). __________ *** Please email me, with CITS2002-PROJECT-2 in the Subject: line, if: - your feedback sheet is poorly formatted and difficult to read - if ALL of your automated tests have received 0. - if you believe that a LATE penalty has been incorrectly applied (approved Special Considerations are *still* coming in!), or if your UAAP has been overlooked. I'll be reviewing your email and marks in batches, so please don't expect an immediate reply. DO NOT email me if your project is currently recorded as "not available" (22 students) - it's still being considered with a view to salvaging some marks. Good luck, <floodgates>
