When we are reading the command file and we encounter a system call to spawn a command, can we assume that the command being spawned will have been declared previously in the file (in an upper line, rather than a lower line)? e.g. in the project description, the call to spawn cal was made after the declaration of the cal command (rather than cal being declared in the lines following the command containing "spawn cal")
