The goal of the project is to ensure that two or more directories each have the latest copy of the same files. If you find a file that exists below one top-level directory, but not others, then it'll need copying to those other directories.
> I assume we'd have to copy all the(se) folder(s) and/or file(s) such that they'll result in having a copy of the newest version of each in all the corresponding places in all 'root' directories.
